Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies

Cancellation Policy:
A Session/Reading/Meditation appointment must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Please allow up to 7 business days for refund.

Rescheduling Policy if unwell:
It is understood that feeling unwell/sick can occur, therefore please know that a session can be rescheduled due to a client feeling unwell, provided that 6 hours advance notice is provided prior to a scheduled session. (Be sure to email prior).

Heather Mae will make every effort to reschedule your session within 2 weeks. Continued communication via text or email is suggested and considered important to both parties for rescheduling purposes.

No-Shows:
“No Show” appointments will not be refunded
